Assessment
Work with Chapters within the Great Lakes Region to assess areas of opportunity for impact of Phi Beta Sigma Social Action Programs.
Community Service
Continue creating community service opportunities for chapters to implement across the Great Lakes Region.
Training
Provide training to interested chapters within the Great Lakes Region on implementation of Social Action programs and initiatives.
Increased Reporting
Work with chapters to increase reporting of Social Action programs, events and initiatives across the region to increase the visibility of the brand.
Optimize
Work with individual chapters and state social action representatives to optimize already implemented Social Action programs and initiatives.
Navigate
Provide trainings to chapters within the Great Lakes Region on navigating the legislative process at local, state and federal levels.
